These terms apply between Citly.ai ("we") and the customer ("you") using the service at citly.ai. By creating an account you accept the terms.
Citly.ai delivers an AI-based growth operating system for businesses. Functionality may change to improve the service.
You are responsible for login details and activity on the account. Suspected misuse must be reported immediately.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are in NOK excl. VAT. You can cancel at any time, effective from the next billing period.
You shall not use the service for illegal content, reverse engineering, automated data scraping beyond normal use, or to harm other users.
Citly.ai owns all software and content in the service. You retain rights to data you provide.
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages beyond the annual subscription amount.
Norwegian law applies. Disputes are resolved at Oslo District Court as the legal venue.
